Lapel Football to Play at Lucas Oil Stadium

The Lapel High School Football Team will play at Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday October 9 at 11:00 a.m.  The opponent will be the Knightstown Panthers and it will be the first of a series of four games played that day.

The Lapel High School Football Team will play at Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday October 9 at 11:00 a.m.  The opponent will be the Knightstown Panthers and it will be the first of a series of four games played that day.

  • 1:45pm Lawrence North vs. Ben Davis
  • 4:30pm Lawrence Central vs. Franklin Central
  • 7:15pm North Central vs. Center Grove




 

This also being called The Ivy Tech Invitational or “Tackling Breast Cancer Day” as all school and teams will be participating in promotions to help raise awareness and donations for the American Cancer Society.  Specifically, a “pink” campaign will be employed to heighten the breast cancer ribbon.jpg battle against breast cancer.

Tickets will go on sale at Lapel High School on Monday September 13. Tickets are $11 pre-sale (with each school making $1 per ticket) or $15 if purchased through Lucas Oil Ticket Office and Ticketmaster.

In addition, the Lapel Athletic Department is requesting names of Lapel area cancer survivors. If you are a survivor or know of someone locally who is, we ask that you contact the Lapel Athletic Department, 534-3036. We would like to recognize these people during this event.

Problem with Ground Stability Delays Fire House
